Phase 1 & 2 Sewer System Maintenance Project
OE provided inspection services to the City of Lynwood on this two-phase project. The scope of work included oversight on cleaning 215,000 LF of 8-inch sewer main. Along with typical inspection duties, our staff was responsible for documenting existing conditions, including extensive CCTV viewing and photographing the 75-year-old system for future use by the City. Moreover, OE prepared new maps of the City sewer system, including existing tributaries. Phase 2 of the project included more detailed documentation of the existing conditions for future use by the City in order to plan maintenance and CIP projects. The City of Lynwood also required extensive traffic coordination by OE’s inspector for lane closures in order to maintain traffic flow.
